Upon the acceptance notice of the abstracts, conference participants could send the short paper to the Conference Email (conference@
beiwaionline.com) before Oct. 20. The short paper should be around 1000-1200 words.

Registration:
Participants are expected to register in the Lobby of Hongguoyuan Hotel at Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU) from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Nov.6, or register in the 2F Lobby of Mechanical Engineering Building of BJTU on Nov. 7-8. Each participant is required to collect the material pack and pay registration fees onsite.
Accommodation:
The organizing committee has reserved some rooms in Hongguoyuan Hotel at BJTU for the partipants. This hotel is located on the main campus of BJTU, which is near the conference building. Participants could check in after registration and do NOT need to make a reservation by phone.

Participants will have meals with meal vouchers, which will be issued during registration.
